Hi Community,
for a view weeks I tested my new TV (LG lw47) and was pretty happy with it. I have lots of backups of BD-Discs and want to play them on my TV over the network / usb. But 1080p movies won´t work smoothly on my laptop at all…
So I am going to buy a extra Media-Player and I found the Western Digital Media Player… but which one should i buy? There are so much different Players on the market.
I need an Digital HD-Sat-Receiver, too. Maybe there is a combination of a good Receiver and Media Player…? 
The media Player has to play mkv-files with all common codecs (ac3, dts…). The movies are stored in my filesystem, so WiFi is nice2have, ethernet is minimum!

brauch ein Gerät, dass mir meine mkv´s mit ac3 / dts und sonstigen gängigen codecs sauber und ruckelfrei abspielt… habe bisher mein notebook genommen, das ist aber bisschen schwach um die brust…
mein auge fiel auf den WD media player. meine frage: welcher ist empfehlenswert / trifft meine anforderungen?
Netzwerkzugang muss er haben, wlan wäre schön, wie schon gesagt alle codecs unterstützen
Zumal brauch ich einen digitalen hd-sat-receiver… vielleicht gibts da sogar kombinierte geräte, die mir jemand empfehlen kann…
