Tv series - season numbering

greetings!

since the new firmware update I have a problem with the media library concerning tv shows (I had the same problem with one previous firmware before!). when adding a new episode and getting content info, the media library sorts it under “season 0 x” instead of simply “season x”. I always have to erase the complete media library and rescan it to remedy this.

a more complete explanation: if I have in the media library a tv show “exampleshow” which has season 1, episodes 1-7 in it it shows

exampleshow->season1->episodes 1-7

after adding episode 8 of this show, my media library shows:

exampleshow->season01->episode8

                         season1->episodes 1-7

in short: new episodes to *any* tvshow will be added in “season 0x” instead of the existing “season x”.

is there a solution for this problem?

I believe it is designed that wa so when there are more than 10 episodes or seasons the correct sort order is maintained. e.g. 01,02,03,10,11,12  vice 1,11,12,2,3,4,

But no, this pertains most likely not to my problem. There are always less than 10 seasons and after a rescan of the library it shows no leading zero anymore. In my example, after a rescan the library shows correctly:

exampleshow->season1->episodes 1-8
