I am most glad this issue has been resolved, and yes, DLNA Media Servers such as Twonky tend to be limited on regards to providing meta-info due to the way DLNA works.
You should not have issues with meta-data if the media is played from your WD My Book Live if played using the Network Shares option instead of Media Servers.
