Zoom function doesn't work in video pause mode

In WD Live streaming media player, I used to ZOOM videos - while in pause mode. But after some recent firmware updates, I find that when I try to zoom in pause mode - it actually deactivates pause and starts playing the video :cry::cry::cry::cry:. 

Can’t remember from which firmware update that Zoom stopped working in pause mode but definitely worked out of box without any firmware updates. How can I restore this function to make zoom work - while the video is in pause mode?

Hello,

that feature still available on the latest firmware of the WDTV Live SMP.

I just tested that on our lab and it allow me to pause a movie and use the zoom option.

Have you tried resetting the media player?

Hmm. It doesn’t work for me either. Pause a movie, and press OPTIONS / ZOOM… and video resumes immediately.

Ok Did A Factory Reset And Tried Again But Still Have Same Issue With Any Video Format Including Mkv, avi. My Firmware Version is 1.15.10
