It’s been a few weeks since I last accessed this forum. I had 2 unresolved issues that seem to have disappeared. Last time I looked they were supposedly being investigated. Are they still “in the system” somewhere or should I repost or just give up?
Hi Valhalla, note that even though the development department is notified of the issues posted in the issues boards, they won’t necessarily respond directly at your post. If you are looking for technical support from WD, I recommend you to contact them directly.
