Just makes me wonder why there is no response from WD support team. I am unhappy about their lack of customer support 
Would be glad if WD can acknolwedge this an known issue so that I don’t have to run around for solution or WD can provide some work around. No response is too bad.
Recently found that my HDMI input works now but without audio. Also when I click YuppTV application under Services, the HDMI output stops ie., no video or audio. Have to switch back to Composite Output to watch YuppTV.
