In case anybody else ran into the same problem, I am coming here to give the solution I found for this problem.
Thanks a lot for all your help, Joey. Thanks to you, I tried and realized that just Remuxing would solve my problem, hence I was lead to another thread of another forum that fixed my files. I created a script batch that ran through all my library and forced a remux on all my files. This is the thread:
I had to modify the script a little bit to make it work for my case, but it was pretty much in there already. Hope that helps anybody that evers run on this problem again…
