WD TV Live - Netflix issues

Hi,
I’ve just received my brand new WD a TV Live from Amazon and after applying all of the firmware updates it recommended I’ve just tried to use Netflix with it (one of the main reasons I purchased it).
It took AGES (a few minutes) to log in, then when selecting a film it took a lot longer than I’m used to buffer enough to play.
I’ve been using netflix on my PS3 for 6 months now without a single issue, it’s nice and fast (I have a 60M connection) and login takes seconds.
WD - how do I fix this please?

If it’s brand new - your’e in the wrong forum…your box doesn’t look like the one in the picture at the top of this forum does it?

Ok, sorry. I’m in the correct forum now.
So it sounds as if I’m not the the only one with netflix issues, has this been acknowledged by WD? Have they said it’s going to be fixed or is The support from WD not very good and they just ignore customers? I’m starting to get the sense it’s the latter…
Maybe I chose the wrong vendor/product…
