WD TV Live - Files marked as absent automatically resets!

Hi,

I have two problems:

  1. When I watch videos I get a black icon on the file which means I saw them. But after I disconnet my WD MyBook 3TB and connect it to the PC to transfer new files to them when I reconnect it to the WDTV Live Media Player again the black icons disappear from my files.

  2. When I enable Media Content on my WD TV Live media player, it freezes!

  3. I read in many forums not to download the updates becuase it will freezes theWDTV Live media player, is this true?

I think your post is in the wrong forum. This forum is for the 2009 model WDTV Live HD and 2010 model WDTV Live Plus.
