WD Live stuck in "Mode not supported"

Was working fine.no changes and then yesterada got this message.

I tried using the web inerface but no option to change resolution…

Any ideas on how to get this unstuck?

Box is still working…infact I am using it to restore data to mybooklive which died last week.

Is there some kind of hard reset?

there’s a little pin hole reset button

give that a try, it will reset everything to factory defaults
