I got content info through the WDTV for most of my files, and the XML files, etc. saved to my NAS. I had to rebuild the library, and since I can’t search or filter. It is definitely pulling the metadata because it is displayed when browsing through files, I just can’t use it to search or filter, which is what I really need it for.
Do you have the content source set to My Media Library via the red button?
Yes. It’s definitely on the My Media Library and I can see the content when browsing through the library.

Whether or not your content source is set to My Media Library, the metadata will be displayed.
But SEARCH / FILTER is only available when set to My My Media Library.
Is the GREEN button active when you’re browsing videos?
Yes, the green button is active, but when you try Filter-Genre, for example, nothing shows up.
