I am wondering if anyone else has come across this issue and has a fix for it. I am trying to get info for the tv series MASH. Thetvdb scrapper wants the title to be M*A*S*H, there is now way to put an asterisk in a file name so the scrapper will not get the data automatically. Does anyone know how to make this work automatically because I really do not want to have to do 11 seasons manually.
The TVDB will should also find it with the simpler name “MASH”, without the asterisks.
Or, you could use the XML Fetcher for this series and scrape it all…
Nope TVDB will not auto scrap MASH without the asterisk it will find it if you manually do it, but since they do not match exactly it will not auto get content
