Slingplayer problem

No problem to connect to slingplayer, but the remote on the screen most buttons are missing so i ca not change channel.

Only Quality,dissconnect,sources is showing on the screen.The sources that showing is not complete.

Latest updates on WD and Slingbox.The fisical remote is same problem
