No image when resume/forward/backward video

In some vídeos (not all of them) if I forward or backward it when I play the video again I hear the sound but I can’t see anything, the screen is black. It happens too when I use the resume option or when I use time selection. I use a wifi connection. What is the problem?

Hello, check if you have the latest firmware update installed (2.01.86). Also check if the problem only happens with a single file extension or several.

I have the lastest firmware installed (2.01.86) and the problem appears in some .avi files (until now).
