Recently changed ISPs and now when I open the Netflix app, no images of the show titles / thumbnails appear on the screen. I can search, toggle blindly through the selections and even watch movies with no issues, BUT, there are no display cues in the slection menus! Help, this is pretty frustrating. Is my ISP filtering Netflix packets? If so, why can I stream viseos with no problems?
You can try resetting the unit and making sure the firmware is up to date.
You can also report this issue to the ISP to see if they have some sort of issues.
