I have WD Ultra and WD Live TV but when I connect the portable hard drive to watch video and listen to music on TV, I can’t see any files. How do I set up to watch on TV from my WD Ultra?
Hello, once the Passport is connected, go to the music or video tab and press the B button on the remote control and select the Local Storage option, the connected Passport should appear there. Check page 26 of the manual for more information.
