I cannot get information from metasources

Hi,

When i gather information i can see the loading bar and after some time it says to me it cannot find any data.

For example Thor. My movie is called thor.mkv 

I even disabled by router security to check what would happen and still same problem. 

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Does this happens with all the movies?

Have you tried resetting the media player?

Are you automatically getting this info or using the manual function.

Same problem here. Scraping is set to manual and it never finds anything when you press Options on a file then choose get content info. Always returns no info found. Upgraded to latest firmware, same issue. Right pain as i used to use the WDTV Hub Generator to get content but that’s stopped working.

Even changing the name of the file to something easy like Alien or Thor and it still doesn’t work.
