How to Play films/TV Shows

Hi,

Just a general question, I have my WDTV Live connected wirelessy to my Synology NAS. I can see my films and shows both in my WDTV ‘Files’   and  ‘Videos’ . Is there any difference in playing them from either of these locations ?
