How do I rate my movies?

For some reason I can’t seem to find out how to rate my movies, anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Media Library must be ‘On’

Then on Page 63 of the Manual…

… and one it is on, just cursor-highlight the movie you want to rate, and hit the OPTIONS key, and scroll to the rating option.
