Hello, have you tried resenting the Live Streaming? Also check if you have the latest firmware installed (2.01.86), if you already have it, try rolling back to a previous version. Check the link below for more information.

I try rollig back to a previous version 1.16.13. Vimeo good. went to the strip. Good firmware 1.16.13, stability. But YouTube Leanback restart after short-term playback. video ending restarting, again again. The firmware 1.16.13 only problem with this.
whereas, 2.01.86 bad.
If reason;
with 2.01.86, After the services application does not play movies from HDD. I watched youtube. and then I want to from HDD movies but don’t open. Arrow turns round but don’t open. I am forced to restart.
with 2.01.86, My wife account facebook log in services, but my facebook account don’t log in. user and password incorrect.
(firmware 1.16.13 facebook no problem)
Now firmware 1.16.13 installed. No upgrade 2.0.1.86.
Waiting for new firmware WD engineers… Please, thank you…
