Getting content info

I started to get this problem recently as well

the “getting contact info” has been stuck for the past

3 weeks, in which I havent been able to get any

movie sheets on info on my movies or tv shows.

I have updated the firmware, I have reset the wdtv smp

and still doesnt work.
