Firmware updating problem

I have a WD TV Live SMP WDBGXT0000NBK

The firmware on it was version 1.14.09, I downloaded from the Western Digital site the latest version 2.01.86.
When I installed it with USB, don’t have internet connection, it freezes at the Updating Firmware bar, nothing changes even after about 30 min it stays at 0%, I had to unplug it!
Unplugging ore resetting has the same results.

When I tried other firmware’s, 1.15.10, 1.16.13 even the original 1.14.09 and lower, then I get a screen with the text: Insert a USB drive to recover your DWTV

The same screen with the roll back firmware’s 1.16.13, 1.15.10, 1.14.09 and 1.13.18.

Someone knows a solution?

I’ve experienced this only once. Resetting the device and updating from another USB stick did the trick.
