I purchased two WD TV Live Streaming units and I noticed that one displays the number of items (videos) in the section VIDEOS and the other does not do that. Also, it does not read hard drives containing videos if I plug it in the front USB port. Any idea? Should I replace it or it is something I could fix? The first time worked beatifully in both counts.

One of your WDTV Live Streaming units has the Media Library “ON” the other one is set to “OFF”
External USB HDD’s plugged into the front not recognized … Have you tried the “back” USB ?
