Does SMP downmix DTS-MA?

Sorry for asking a question that has popped up a million times on the boards, but every topic i read was talking about passthrough and not downmixing.

So anyway, if i have a blu-ray folder on my HDD connected to the SMP, will it downmix the DTS-MA track of a .m2ts so it will play on my tv?

I don’t own any surround sound, so i need the player to do the decoding for me.
