I have three of these, I love them…but when I try to play a large file through the USB port on the back, after 40-45 minutes the file will stop and hard drive shuts down. If I then take hard drive and plug into my PC, it will ask for it to scan drive for disk errors. I play the same file through the front USB port on WD box and it plays just fine. This is on all 3 boxes I have. I even moved files to a different hard drive and had same issue.
What causes this or is there a fix? I checked firmware, it is up to date. The video was a 1080p movie file.
