Annoying password prompt each time i access network share (win7)

Hi,

Alsmot every time i access network share, it says connection is lost then goes back to login screen for network share. It doesnt happen ALL the time, but maybe half the time and its pretty frustrating. As i submit username/password initially it says “wrong username and password” (though its correct), and after 2-3 tries, i am successfull.

Any ideas for this problem?

I have the same problem, I bought the device about 3 weeks ago, it worked perfectly until I put on the latest firmware, ever since then I have this issue.  I have to power the device off then back on to fix it.

So annoying I’m thinking of returning it.

You could do a rollback first and see if it works again.

Same problem here since about 16 December 2013 when an update arrive. Keeps asking for password and keeps losing attachment to shares forcing new search.

I am having the same issue. I wish there was a fix for it!!!

Ditto.  Happens a lot since last FW update, the massive one.

I downgraded to the version prior to the latest and the issue is fixed.
