Access my WDTV SMP through my web browser

For some reason when I first tried this I could acess my WDTVs…now I can’t.  My browser just says please wait and spins and won’t connect. 

Anyone have any tips I can try?  I’m trying to update my themes on one of my SMPs.  I have 2 wireless SMP and a ethernet HUB.

I enter in the IP adress of the unit…its on…type in admin…go to appearance…and nothing.

Any help is appriciated…I have been searching with no fix thus far.

Are you sure you’re entering the correct IP address…it could have changed from what it used to be “before” due to DHCP.

What browser are you using? Internet Explorer has been known to cause problems. Try Firefox or Chrome.

How I do it is open my computer and on the LEFT side tab it says NETWORK, once I select that it shows MEDIA SERVER (if I remember correctly) and the WDTVLIVE is on that, I double click it and it opens the web browser and logs into it.  If you do not have that left window you need to click on ORGANIZATION > LAYOUT > Put check mark in NAVIGATION PANE
