Stay off function

Hi to all, every time I leave for some business trip I'm used to power off my surge protected outlet to save electricity, but when I come home and switch it on my SMP turns on, even if before I've switched it off completely pressing the power button for 5 seconds.

 

So I'd like a function to force it to stay off, thanks to all!
