WD TV LIVE 2011 to Create and Edit playlists on the device itself

Waste of time imho - it's easy enough to create a playlist on a computer and just drag them over. I'd rather time was spent adding new features and services.

I have to disagree Ardvark , more playlists would be created and used if you didn't have to sit at your PC to make them.

"new features and services" are fine but improving the current feature set will add quality to an already decent media player.

Catering for easily creating a "now playing" list would be fantastic.  It doesn't have to save it, just allow you to add to the currently playing items.

Unplanned - this is a shame .... can i ask why ?

A few users said this would be very useful plus your compition (http://www.tvix.co.kr/ENG/products/Xroid_B1mini.aspx) has this feature!
