I’m giving my bro a WD TV Live SMP, it has firmware 1.05, can I just upgrade to new firmware?..or do I have to do 1.06, then 1.07?..or does the latest include all the others from before??..Thanks in advance .Mike

Yes, you can directly upgrade from current to latest via USB.
If you do it via internet, it might do stepped-upgrades.
