I saw the update and I'm downloading it now, I've noticed a lot of new features but in the changelog list there's nothing about playback issues... I'm going to try it and I really hope that I'll find nice surprises!

Only looking at the issues I reported.
These issues are solved:
In youtube leanback, remote control BACK button doesn't work anymore.
In Youtube by WesternDigital, after 1 video has being played, the video preview icons are broken.
These issues are NOT solved:
The vertical distance between two lines of external SRT subtitles is too big.

I can confirm that defective playback in some AVIs I signaled on yesterday night (here) is still an issue and I suppose MKV stutter/judder is still a flaw. ![]()

The name of the new section "Live TV". In the reverse translation from Russian,
we get something like, "Let him live TV." This can be corrected?
PS I think that it should be moved to the services.

In reply to my own complaint. You can get rid of that Live TV menu option by going to into Setup > System > Device security > Parental control > On > Live TV > SlingPlayer - Hide.

THANK YOU !
Are we being force fed with advertising to niche produtcs now ?!
- EDIT -
Hiding all GAMEs services, doesn't hide the GAMES tab.
Also I agree with you, this Slingbox app should be in the services.
WD: PLEASE PUT THIS THING WHERE IT BELONGS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hardly surprising considering the firmware was compiled on May 22nd (notice the date in the ZIP-archive).
As the match-framerate-reboot apparently got fixed, I hope the browsing net-shares was fixed, too. Going to test the new version tonight.

Thanks for this great update! Tested almost everything and it all works, great great job! I hope the complaining people will enjoy their device now instead of **bleep** on this forum.
