Connecting WD TV Live II to home network

Hi.

I own WD TV Live II connected with wires to the SuperHub from Virgin broadband provider made by Netgear.

I have also connected to the router: Mac OS X Snow Leopard and Qnap TS 119 II NAS.

NAS is working with mac and router fine. I can also see WD TV on my mac but I can NOT see my NAS and Mac sharing folders on WD TV.

Any help please. I’m desperate after two months of trying.
