Cant find network shares !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [ Edited ]

Hi there tech support ,

this device cannot find my server network shares , I updated unit when I started so im running current firmware Im running a ready nas 1100  with current firmware every thing else that I connect sees the shares , what is the problem with this device , I see postings all over the forum of no network shares found , Im not impressed  with this unit at all .
