Wd tv live switches off when watching a movie

Can someone help when we are watching a movie every hour the wd box turns off and it loads up again

Do not have an answer for you but I have the same problem streaming for a network server.

This did not happen in the previous firmware.

Have you tried a roll back? Always remember to reset it after a firmware change.
