NEVER.
Nothing is being added to the 2009 models, and even if it were, it wouldn’t be on the TV Live because it has no support for hardware encryption, which NetFlix requires. The 2009 model doesn’t include netflix ANYWHERE.
That’s why WD made the WDTV Live PLUS in 2010, which included DRM features.
