I, have tried several times to login into my WDTV Live device, after I have installed, the discovery software and tried to configure the device, but am unable to login. I, have gone into the Device Security settings and have entered the password, twice, so, I know what it is, but, when I, go to the web page and enter the password, it keeps says to enter the correct password. Any ideas how to correct this, or at least reset my password?
These boxes don’t have webpages. Are you talking about the Live SMP?
If so, the password is “admin”.
The password you changed in the main UI isn’t the web password, it’s the samba password.
The web password can only be changed via the webpages itself.
