Will the Live Plus get a new firmware update that will support DTS HD MA like the Live Streaming player did?

I am hoping that the license deal WD signed was not at a product level but covers their entire product line. Guess I am also hoping if it does cover all products WD will be generous and make it available to all products. It is the Holiday Season after all.
The reason why just might be a hardware issue, and not a licensing issue.
Anyway, how can WD sell more SMPs if they turn the old products into SMP’s?
