WDTV Live 2nd generation & maxdome

Hi,

I just saw that wd and maxdome announced that die wdTV live (3.generation) can play the maxdome provided films.

Unfortunately I am an owner of a WDTV LIVE 2. Generation. Now I’m wondering whether the “older” WDTV LIVE boxes will get this upgrade as well.

Extremely unlikely.   There hasn’t been a firmware update for the WDTV Live in almost a year.
