Wdtv live plus hd problem

Not all of my media files will show up going through media servers…  They are all MP4 (m4v).  Most of them show up no problem.  Also when I am on my computer and I right click on the file and click on play to it says failed to initialize.  I can put the videos that are not show up on a usb drive and they show up and play fine, just not going through the media server.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is .m4v supported by your media server?

Oh and all the files are in the same 3 folders.  And files from all 3 folders do show up.

Yes because most of my files show up and play fine, just not a handful of them.
