WD TV Live doesn't play MKV

Playing the mkv on my PC is ok but when I try to play it on WD TV Live I get the message that says the player can read that file format. (???)

Regarding to the MkvMerge issue, I use to remux some mkv files with MKVMerge 4.0 because I still have some troubles playing them, although the player has the last updated firmware (1.66.15_V).
