I have discoverd the issue for more than 2TO drives,
I have a 3To Seagate external drive, If I make 2 1.5TO partitions, will it solve my problem ?
If I access my drive via a the network, will I still have issues ?

You will not have issues accessing large drives that are on your network. I connnect my LivePLus to to very large volumes that are on a windows computer I use as a file server.

But I prefered not to have my pc in another room power on all the time.
but I think I find another solution, I made 2 partition of 1.5 To on my hard drive, now the disk mount very quickly and so the usb led stop flashes all time. After one week I didn’t find any corrupt files on any of the partitions.
