WD TV Live als DLNA renderer nutzen

Hallo,

Synology NAS+AudioStation bzw. ds audio + WD TV Live.

Die WD TV wird als möglicher renderer angezeigt, kann auch angewählt werden, aber: Sie spielt nicht ab.

Muß die WD Tv in einem bestimmten Programmmodus stehen oder muß man irgendwas einstellen, damit man darauf wiedergeben kann?

A question to usage of the WD TV live as DLN renderer:

I can play from windows through the “play to” menue but when using Synologys Audio station or ds audio (android) my WD Live is displayed as usabel dlna renderer but when I choose it the WD doesn´t play.

Ideas?

Hi, you can not start to play the files from the media server menu, but you can access the files from the WDTV interface and play them from there.

It works when I do a right mouse click and choose “play to” on a pc. In my Synology Audio Station or in the ds audio android app the WD TV ist shown as a renderer but it doesn´t work.

The other way around, choosing a file using the WDTV itself it´s also working, but I would like to use the WD TV live as my universal dlna renderer. Ist there any possibility how it could work?
