Netflix only issue (again)

I found a thread in this community from 2011 where people were having problems with Netflix only on their WD TV Live Plus box.  Well, that has recently started happening to me - for at least the last 3 days, perhaps as long as a week (or more).  Netflix (Canada) works on every other device in my house (PCs and Samsung, LG home theatres in-a-box) but will not work on the WD box connected to my main household TV (the BluRay player in the same system does not stream network content).  Every other internet service works fine on the WD box, just not Netflix.  I’ve tried everything suggested in the other WD Community thread with this subject - rebooting the box, checking the time settings, resetting the Internet content license.  Nothing has resolved the situation. Any suggestions?
