Netflix Issues

Hi,

I have both the WD TV Live Hub and the WD TV Live Plus units.  I am no longer able to connect to Netflix on either unit.

The HUB will go to a black screen for 1-2 mins and then eventually load the Netflix screen with a message that it could not connect to Netflix – Try again / Exit.

The PLUS will go to a black screen for 1-2 mins and then reboot the unit totally… never even getting to a Netflix screen.

I have not changed any config on either unit, and my Netflix account is still active.  I can access it w/o problem via my PC that is in the same room as the HUB.

Both units have 4 bars for the network connection.

What is going on, and how do I solve this issue??

HI there, what if you try a factory reset on both units? It’s pretty weird for both of them giving you the same problem at the same time so something most have had triggered it o.o
