New wd elements can't login

Good Day from a lovely sunny South Africa. I"ve bought the WD ELEMENT today. All new to me. I have registered my product that all fine. Tried to login with the correct username and password but login failed. What can be the problem??? PLEASE CAN ANYBODY ASSIST ME:smiley: Even WD Community in NEW to me!! Thank Barries

I’m sorry?   You bought a what?

The forum you posted in is for the WDTV Live HD and Live Plus media players.  But your description says something about logging into a WD Elements.

What is the exact product# / model# so we can direct you to the correct place.

I think he means he registered his drive, but can’t log in to the WD site to check his info at a guess.

WDs support site seems down to me, so maybe it was broken at the time.
