I have two seagate 4tb, a toshiba 3tb, wd my book 4tb, and wd my 2tb hard drives. While playing back movies I converted, the Wd my books pause and lock up within the first 10 minutes. I’ll play the same movie on my seagates or toshiba and have no issues at all. Why is it that a two products from the same company won’t work together?

Also you can use the DLG tool to test the drive?
