16x is the fastest fastforward available in the WD Live. This is fine except if my movie is very long and I wanted to scroll the place that I want to view. Before the WD Live, I use the PS3 as my media player. PS3 has cool scene selector that showed snipbit of sections of the movie. I can go straight to that point and start view (and then activate scene selection again for any point if needed). FastForwarding 16x max is the ‘old school way’ to scroll in my opinion. So is something like this available and I’m just missing it?
If you press FF or REV and then NEXT or PREV you can skip in 10 minute jumps. You must be either fast forwarding or reversing for this to work. There is nothing else yet unless you use chapters.
