Model numbers

Does anyone know if there is any difference between model numbers WDBGXT0000NBK-UESN and WDBGXT0000NBK-EESN apart from PAL regions? They are described subtly differently and the latter is normally twice the price on Amazon!

I think amazon have got the wrong model numbers…

The correct model numbers for the device in the link above should be…

WDBAAN0000NBK, WDBAAP0000NBK

Note this is the Older Device (no Wi-Fi)

Model numbers here: http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?level1=10&lang=en

The products I was referring to are -

http://www.amazon.co.uk/WD-TV-Live-Media-Player/dp/B005NYOKC2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1385506413&sr=8-1&keywords=wd+tv+live

http://www.amazon.co.uk/WD-Live-Stream-Media-Player/dp/B005MYX33K/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1385506453&sr=8-3&keywords=wd+tv+live

It says they have wifi.

They are both WDTV Live Streaming Media Players (SMP)    (grab the cheap one)

There’s  typo’s in the product descriptions (weight / dimensions / shipping weight) are all over the place

Link 2 states “S-Video” which is incorrect  (The SMP only supports Composite & HDMI)

It doesn’t support component, either.  Only Composite & HDMI.    The Live HD / Live Plus and Live Hub were the only ones that supported component.

oops, my mistake :stuck_out_tongue:  thanks tony
