You can do a SYSTEM RESET (from the setup menus) and make a choice there.

I know that Resetting ALL will do it, but I can’t remember if there’s a setting just to reset the online service accounts.

The person staying at your house could also DE-AUTHORIZE that unit from his/her NetFlix account.
