Apparently Pinnacle is a problem, so try making iso files with another program. Or, perhaps you home movies can’t be made into iso file. I wouldn’t know, because I never wasted my time that way. I just watch my home movies via the WD player as they are – most are mp4 files. What file format are you home movies in? Are they on DVDs?
